Job Title: Contentious Probate Solicitor

The team are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their Cheshire office. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our private client team, providing expert legal advice and representation in Contentious Probate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling a diverse caseload of Contentious Probate matters from inception to resolution.
Advising clients on complex inheritance disputes, will contests, and estate administration issues.
Conducting negotiations, mediations, and representing clients in court when necessary.
Providing strategic legal counsel to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Keeping abreast of developments in probate law and attending training as required.
Collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients to deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3-5 years' PQE in Contentious Probate.
Strong knowledge of probate law and associated procedures.
Exceptional advocacy and negotiation skills.
Client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage caseloads.
Adept at building strong client relationships.
