Your new company
- An established and developing Global facilities management provider.
Your new role
- Working Monday - Friday (8-5) on-site.
- Working alongside and reporting to Lead Contract Support
- Role on a single site based in Fulbourn.
- Providing Admin & Reporting.
- Ensure all necessary electronic and paper records, including timesheets are completed by the team in a timely manner to meet internal and customer deadlines.
- Attending Meetings, Looking at Financial Performance, Invoicing, Customer Service, Helpdesk.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience within customer service, and dealing with visitors and customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage meeting requests and other regular tasks
- Ability to liaise effectively with Management as well as clients staff and colleagues
- Experience as a Contract Support or similar role
