Business Development Coordinator Role
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Management: Utilise Pipedrive CRM to meticulously manage the departmental sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates, accurate forecasting, and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead Generation: Utilise industry expertise and relevant tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to identify and qualify prospective opportunities, generating a consistent flow of high-potential leads.
Lead Nurturing: Implement a comprehensive lead nurturing strategy, guiding prospects through the sales funnel with effective communication and targeted engagement.
Opportunity Identification: Analyse market trends and proactively identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration with Marketing: Support with the Marketing team on the execution of strategic initiatives, including campaign development, website content updates, social media management, and other assigned tasks.
Bid Support: Proactively support the Team in the preparation and submission of bids.
Performance Reporting: Regularly prepare and present insightful reports on pipeline health, lead generation efforts, and overall business development performance.
Continuous Improvement: Maintain a commitment to professional development, actively seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in sales, marketing, and industry trends.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent understanding of CRM systems, with expertise in Pipedrive or similar platforms.
Working knowledge of the M&E and Facilities Management sector (desirable).
Essential:
English and Math's at a high level
Expected standard of GSCE and Higher-Level Qualifications
Full knowledge and use of the Windows Office suite of software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Able to lift logos and web from the web and able to edit / cut and frame photographs.
Desirable:
Experience with tender preparation and submission processes.
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media advertising).
Experience working with data and generating insightful reports.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
