We are working in partnership with a marketing-leading, national FM / Facilities Maintenance company in the Maidstone area who are looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Our client has a proven track record of developing, recognising and rewarding the talent and commitment of their employees and there are many stories of progression and success across every department, this one included!
The successful Contract Administrator will be a fast-paced individual who builds rapport well, with both engineers and clients and works well under pressure. You will be a logical thinker who can make sound judgement calls and has an excellent eye for detail. Previous experience within any kind of scheduling / planning role would be an advantage but not essential.
The duties for this Contract Administrator role will include but not be limited to:
- Acting as first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding customer service over the phone and emails
- Raising work orders for customer call outs
- Scheduling all engineering calls and work
- Liaising with customers and engineers to ensure site access isn't an issue and that all permits and equipment needed are present
- Producing daily, weekly and monthly customer call reports - updating management with any issues or escalations
- Monitoring and updating all relevant customer portals daily
