Are you looking to join a growing business? My client specialise in recruitment for the financial services and tech space, they are growing rapidly and are looking to expand their internal team with a Finance and Contracts Administrator. In this role you will be working closely with the Finance Manager and the Contracts Manager, supporting and covering when needed.
Responsibilities:
Finance -
- Monthly invoicing
- Timesheets
- Purchase Orders
- Raising invoices
- Liaising with contractors regarding invoices, payment schedules, queries.
- Recording financial data
Contracts and Data -
- Compliance checks and reference requests
- Drafting contracts and logging data
- Sending contracts via AdobeSign
- Logging status of contracts
- Filing electronically
- Chasing clients for Purchase Orders
The ideal candidate:
- Will have previous experience as an Administrator or Administrative Assistant in a Financial Services environment or department
- High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Highly organised with ability to multitask and prioritise
- Exposure to foreign exchange/foreign currency invoicing - 6-12 months
- Excellent Excel skills are essential
- Exposure to Adobe Sign is desired
- Exposure to Sage is desired
