JRRL are looking for a Contracts Administrator to work in a friendly accounts team, in this well-established company. Free parking available.
Job Duties:
- Setting up new customer contracts via Sales Force system and sending out customer agreements
- Manage contract adjustments.
- Liasing with customer regarding contract details
- Manage and retain client cancellation via telephone.
- Compliance (customer questionnaires, providing insurance and policy documents)
Person Specification
- Great telephone manner
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Sales administration if preferred
