Contract and Operations Manager - Coaches - UK and Ireland.

We are now supporting our client on an exciting recruitment drive as they continue to grow and recruit within their contracting team for coaches.
Your primary responsibilities will be optimising existing and bringing on new transportation contracts, managing the allocation of coaches, and upholding quality control standards.
Your role is so important in ensuring the smooth flow of our clients inbound operations.
You will analyse operational figures, collaborate with various teams to finalise logistics for group and FITs tours, validate supplier invoices, and extend support to the wider team when needed.
Your expertise will directly impact on your ability to deliver exceptional service to your clients and maintain strong relationships with your suppliers and team.
Contracts and Operations Manager Skill attributes:
- Experience of contracting Coaches in the UK / Ireland is required and managing / leading a team
- Fluent English speaker
- Influential & Negotiation skills
- Proficient at evaluating and analysing data in order to determine and execute the necessary strategies needed to achieve growth.
- Previous experience of building successful relationships with your suppliers for best rates within your market.
