The team you’ll work with:
The Marketing Operations team is a growing capability within the Marketing team. They focus enabling and optimising Marketing Operations across Content and External Communications, Brand and Corporate Communications/ Governance, and Client Experience. As a team they have many touchpoints including optimising operating processes, reporting, marketing automation in addition to maintaining and enhancing our public website.
The value you’ll add:
As part of our UK Marketing Operations team, You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders, within Marketing, across the HSBC Innovation Banking organisation and wider HSBC Group to enable our technical marketing teams to reach our clients with consistent, engaging, on brand communications that help us to become the ‘go to bank’ for all of our clients needs in the innovation economy,

What you can expect to be doing:
Building and executing email marketing campaigns within Eloqua.
Driving change in campaign management and operating processes, based on data driven insights.
Supporting on strategic initiatives such as the development of new websites.
Leading research into, and recommendations for the development of the MarTech stack.
Supporting the creation and documentation of process development.
