About

An amazing opportunity to work with a specialist in high quality retail & commercial Fit Outs & refurbishments. They carry out Fit Outs, refits, & refurbishments on a nationwide scale with hundreds of clients across the UK.

They are looking for a Contract Manager to oversee a variety of projects nationwide, so someone who is willing & able to travel is necessary, allowing time to go to the Hull office once or twice a week.

Information on the role

• Helping the company with their expanded growth and thus demand
• Home & site based, working on various sites nationwide 
• Working alongside and complement site teams
• Meeting subcontractors and clients
• Represent the company at meetings
• Report to a board of directors

What we’d like from you

• Previous Fit Out/Shop Fitting knowledge/experience
• Proven Contract Management experience
• Self-motivated, friendly, sociable, and driven
• Willingness to drive to and mainly work on various sites
• Full driving license
• Commercially aware
• Ability to tender or negotiate work
