Are you an experienced contract administrator looking for your next opportunity? Look no further! Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team as a Contract Administrator.
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30-4:30
Location: Birmingham

Key Responsibilities:
- Adding new jobs/queries onto the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Scheduling engineer's appointments and follow-ups to maintain a streamlined workflow
- Completing job administration tasks efficiently and effectively including invoicing.
- Resolving any open jobs promptly to ensure client satisfaction
- Liaising with other departments to ensure timely completion of jobs and adherence to service level agreements
Person Specification:
- Experience in a contract administration role
- Experience with scheduling
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Confident computer user, with experience on CRM and Excel
- Ability to build lasting work relationships.
- Ability to manage own workload.
