Job Position:Contract Administrator
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands and United Kingdom

Job Role Overview:
Contract administrator required by industry leading manufacturer. A 12-month fixed term position based in Wolverhampton. The role entails overseeing contractual and administrative tasks related to various contract and customer accounts programs. The ideal candidate will be capable of fostering and sustaining positive relationships with customers.
What does the role offer as a Contract Administrator:
- 33 days of Annual Leave (inclusive of bank holidays)

Main Obligations of a Contract Administrator:
- Proficient in utilising the ERP system to input customer purchase order requirements.
- Ensuring official recognition and monitoring order progress for timely customer delivery.
- Utilising CRM tools to generate and submit quotations, and collaborating with functional disciplines on lead times and pricing.
- Collaborating with various departments to deliver quotations and updates to customers.
- Reviewing Contractual terms in customer purchase orders for compliance and risk assessments.
The ideal Contract administrator candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a recognised institution, preferably in business management or contract low.
- Proficient in the use of SAP-ERP systems.
- Ability to communicate persuasively and effectively with staff at various levels of seniority.
- Familiarity with contract provisions including warranties remedies and understanding the UK and US government regulations and conditions.
