Our friendly client based in Camberley are looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator for a temporary position with the potential to go permanent. This role is Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm and is to start asap. The ideal candidate for this role should have admin experience, good attention to detail and highly organised.
Main Duties
Working in collaboration with sales teams to ensure customer retention objectives and targets are met
Working in collaboration with sales teams to reactivate lapsed customers and ensure corrective actions in place
Working on renewals, creating quotes, and following up customer enquiries
Using SGS CRM systems, updating records and ensuring CRM data quality to ensure data is always up to date and accurate
Supporting new customer on-boarding, walking the customer through the process
Sales administration and sales processing - all aspects of the sales process
