We have a great opportunity for a Service Desk Technician to work within our IT department in Hoddesdon. You will be responsible for Providing level 1 telephone support, with a continuous drive for first time fix.
Give 1st line technical support as required and ensure that cases are escalated with detailed information to Application Support to ensure the smooth transition into other ICT teams and enable a speedy resolution to the ticket.
About you
- Working on a ServiceDesk and use of ServiceDesk call logging tools
- Working in a customer facing environment.
- Active directory experience with creating and maintaining users.
- Commercial network experience.
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite up to and including Office 365
- Knowledge of MS Windows operating system up to Windows 10
