Our client is a leading company in technology known for their excellence in providing top-notch services to their clients. They pride themselves on their commitment to exceptional customer support and are now looking to expand their team by adding a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to their workforce.

?? The Role:

As a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality technical support to end-users. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving 1st Line technical issues, managing tickets effectively, and ensuring efficient queue management. Your excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach will be essential in delivering exceptional service to clients.

?? Key Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Proven experience as a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst.
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to provide efficient solutions.
Experience in ticket management and queue management.
Active SC clearance.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
