Working onsite for our blue chip client in their Hatfield offices, you will be responsible for responding to tickets on the IT Service Desk and assist employees with their queries in a timely and helpful manner. Own the tickets through the escalation process if required and provide first rate response to employees. Provide support for a wide variety of software solutions, including Microsoft products such as Windows 10, Office 365, Azure, Windows Servers (2012-2019), Linux applications along with other vendor applications and bespoke systems.
You will demonstrate experience with supporting, configuring, maintaining Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Android and Apple Devices required, networking equipment, switches, or Wi-Fi desirable.
Experience to Microsoft Intune & O365 admin required as ideally is previous experience using Jira.
IT related qualifications such as CompTIA A+, ITILv3 or v4 beneficial.
Excellent interpersonal skills are a must as you will be dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
A starting salary of £35,000 plus benefits is on offer for the right candidate
