My client is looking to onboard a Service Desk Analyst to their growing team. Your role will have plenty of variety including - liaising with clients to solve website queries alongside the tech and design team, answering and logging support requests from customers and delivering a solution, creating and adapting documentation for use both internally and externally and testing & quality assurance.
Required Experience -
SaaS Experience
Experience working within the Travel Industry (preferred)
Previous experience in support
Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
Excellent customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The capability to work both independently and within a team setting
