What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with the Commercial manager, managing the day to day activities of specific customer contracts
- Co-ordinate contracts and deliver high standards of customer service
- Identify specific contract requirements
- Order processing and collate relevant documentation
- Ensure customer complaints and recorded in a timely manner
- Provide regular contract updates and KPI Information
