Job description
Our client is looking for motivated individuals to join the team as a Contracts & Licensing Coordinator in their Guildford Office opening soon. You will work closely with your colleagues to provide an efficient and quality service to clients around the world looking to acquire the organisations software, from the initial quotation stage through to agreement signature, invoicing, and distributing software access. This is very much a hands-on position where you will learn by doing the job, guided by a mentor.

• Salary: £32,500 pa

Day to day of the role
• Preparation of software price quotations for existing and new clients
• Issuing licence agreements and addenda
• Distribution of products by courier and email
• Assisting clients with download and security device problems
• Issuing sales invoices
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients via email as well as through Microsoft Teams
• Providing ad hoc assistance and support to clients and colleagues to achieve the goals of the company
As you gain experience, you will assist in the preparation of tender/bid documentation, along with participating in the drafting and negotiation of more complex licence agreements.
Required Qualifications/Skills To succeed you will need to demonstrate
• University/College degree
• Good Highers in both Maths and English
• A good knowledge of both Excel & Word
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
• A willingness to help clients and colleagues to achieve the goals of the company
• An enquiring mind
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
• A legal degree and/or experience in a role involving the preparation of tender documentation or contract drafting.
• Fluent in Spanish
• Fluent in French
