Optima Site Solutions Ltd require a Contracts Manager in London for an upcoming project!
Details:

Duties of the role will include:
- Operations control of allocated projects. Health and Safety control, liaison with Head of Operations / H&S advisers to ensure compliance.
- Weekly Operational meetings with project teams.
- Manage and Control of labour diaries for Handyman and Multi Trade Operatives.
- Daily / Weekly liaison with Site Managers / Contract Managers on the requirement for the provision of labour with directly employed operatives.
- Sign off of timesheets for Handyman and Muli Trade Operatives for provision to Head of Operations.
- Weekly Head of Operations meeting to review projects and company strategy.
- Ensure weekly subcontractors meeting is occurring / attendance as necessary.
- Ensure Compliance is maintained with Notices of Non completion / Delay notices issued to supply chain.
- Assistance with review of supply chain and additions to supply chain.
- Liaison with design teams to ensure works are compliant, Design issued in a timely manner and cost effective.
- Ensure all design and installed works are compliant to current regulations, of good standard and in line with best practice.
- Oversee all after care requirements, 12-month defect meetings and Practical completion meetings.
Requirements for the role are:
- SMSTS or higher
- First Aid Certificate
- Experience
