Position Available: Contracts ManagerContracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple design and build projects simultaneously up to £50mil.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and delivery phases of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and budgetary standards.
• Manage key stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and upholding the company's esteemed reputation.
• Drive efficient resource allocation, subcontract management, and material procurement.
• Actively monitor progress, provide accurate progress reports to senior management, and proactively resolve issues.
• Lead the commercial and contractual aspects of projects, including programme management, resource utilization, and defect management.
• Facilitate a positive handover experience and contribute to post-contract reviews to enhance future project success.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and contribute to the company's commitment to sustainability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• In-depth understanding of health, safety, environment, and sustainability requirements for construction projects.
• Proven track record in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• SMSTS qualified with higher education qualifications in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
• Membership of CIOB is desirable, showcasing your commitment to professional development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing both site and office-based teams.
• Proficient in influencing and resolving potential issues promptly.
