Are you a Contracts Manager or similar from a Construction / Groundworks background looking for an autonomous and varied role within a well-established yet continually growing company with a full order book providing the opportunities to work on exciting projects with opportunities to progress your career?
This company are a specialist Steel Fabricator who work with a broad range of clients nationwide ranging from major contractors to bespoke consultancies. Due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to grow their Contracts / Projects team.
This varied role will see you working on a range of projects primarily around the South East. You will work closely with the site and design teams in addition to overseeing contracts and other departments on site. You will have autonomy to liaise with clients and be responsible for on time and within budget delivery whilst also being responsible for undertaking weekly site coordination meetings in this Monday-Friday days-based role.
This position would suit a Contracts Manager with a background in Groundworks / Construction looking to work for a well-established company offering an immediate start in a permanent role where you will autonomously oversee varied projects.
The Role:
* Managing entire projects from concept to completion
* Liaise with clients and manage / oversee projects on site
* Communicate with internal departments on site related queries
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Attend site and client meets
* Office and site based

* Contracts / Project Manager or similar
* Construction / Groundworks background
* Commutable to Aylesbury
