Contracts Manager – Drylining

£65-75,000 + 25 days holiday + vehicle + phone + fuel card + IPAD

A leading Interior finishing contractor based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team

They deliver high quality dry lining and partitioning for developers and building contractors
They have a great reputation and established relationships – business is booming – they currently have 12 lives sites and forecast an upturn in the coming months

The MD is personable, fair and he looks after his employees, (his QS has been with him for 20 years)

The role – Contracts Manager

You will manage your own diary and will be predominantly site based covering Oxford, Milton Keynes, and Northampton. You will spend the rest of your time in their office in Milton Keynes.

The company has a long serving labour force who they use as visiting trades, moving from site to site as required, you will manage this.

You will oversee H & S, materials, waste management, labour, and quality on every site.

Dry lining and partitioning schemes with values ranging from £800k – £1.2m

Our client covers commercial and residential. Current sites are residential and range from 100-250 units.

The right person – Contracts Manager

You will be an experienced Contracts Manager or Project Manager with dry lining experience

You will be an organised, steady person, who can deal with issues in a controlled manor.

You will live within a commutable distance of their operating area: Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire are good locations.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
