Contracts Manager
The Role:
This Contracts Manager’s role is with a leading regional Main Contractor, they have established themselves as a market leader in the Commercial, Residential, Public and Interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £1m – £10million.
The Role:
We are looking for a Contracts Manager who can manage multiple schemes at any one and your role will include
- Manage resources for the execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop project plans to monitor and track progress
- Track and measure project performance
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Procurement of consultant and sub-contractor appointments including scope of services
- Ability to manage designers and consultants to ensure design deliverables are issued.
- Close Out projects
