A longstanding and well-regarded law firm is looking to expand its Residential Property team, with the addition of an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to work within its St Helens office.
You will be required to demonstrate experience within a similar role and have a strong knowledge of the conveyancing process.
As a Conveyancing Assistant for this regionally recognised firm, you will gain exposure to a diverse workload and have the opportunity to work for an established team with a strong presence within the Conveyancing market.
Duties to include
- Assisting conveyancers in the day-to-day handling of a full range of conveyancing files from inception through to completion
- Amending and formatting documents, ensuring all information is recorded accurately
- Liaising with clients and other third parties
- Effective use of the case management system.
