Seeking a Full time and permanent Cook to prepare food and snack time for children , breakfast, lunch and supper.

Hours: Monday - Friday , day time hours only

Starting salary:£26,000 - £28,000pa and paid holiday, further training and career progression opportunities. 

Job Description:

This position will involve assisting head cook. Ideally suit someone with previous experience as a cook using fresh ingrediants and is happy to work with children, previous experience with food hygiene.

NVQ cooking qualification would be desirable , or overseas cooking qualification but not essential.

 Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Follow proper cooking techniques and presentation guidelines
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
