We are looking for a creative, passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. Inspired by Open Fire Cooking we have centred our restaurant around an open kitchen, cooking on charcoal. Less than 1 year old, we have had an amazing first year and are looking for a committed chef to inspire the kitchen and to fall in love with our food. Our philosophy is about taking great care of our team, working with amazing producers, and cooking Sri Lankan inspired food simply and seasonally.
