SalaryOita, Japanese Restaurant based in Soho is recruting experienced and professional Line chef with high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing sauces
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Preferably background in Japanese cuisine (tempura, ramen etc)
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
