Willow & Sage is a brand new family run bistro based in the beautiful Kent town of Cranbrook and offering an intimate dining experience with 30 covers. We are focused on producing fresh, quality food which is consistent & creating a warm social place for our patrons.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef/cook
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare high-quality dishes according to menu specifications
- Oversee and manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
