Cardiff Early Help is a collection of innovative and progressive services for children, young people and families, within the directorate of Adults, Housing and Communities in Cardiff Council. We are looking to employ an Administration and Data Management Corporate Apprentice to contribute towards the delivery of our organisations key values and engage with a range of stakeholders.
This position will be based at The Conference Centre, East Moors Road, Cardiff, CF24 5RR. This role may involve home working and require some weekend working.

About the job
In this Corporate Apprentice(Level 2) role you will learn to:
Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues across Early Help and
communicate effectively with a range of professionals
Gain an understanding of a range of administrative functions and the pivotal role this plays in supporting children, young people and their families.
Assist in the collation and inputting of data using various recording and information systems .
Work effectively, both individually and collaboratively as part of a team.
Undertake on the job training and development to support you to deliver an efficient and effective service.
Full training will be provided and our Team will help and encourage you to develop in the role and you will be encouraged to take on a variety of duties. You will receive supervision and on the job training and will have a named mentor to support you to deliver an efficient and effective service in a positive, customer-focused manner.
The Corporate Apprentice & Trainee Scheme also provides opportunities to enhance your transferrable skills to help support your career progression.
Many of our teams have moved to online and homeworking working and you will be encouraged to develop the skills to support this. Where homeworking is required, you will be given the necessary equipment however, you will need to arrange your own internet connectivity (some support may be available to help with this).
