My client law firm is an international practice with a growing transactional and advisory practice in London. Led by a small group of highly-rated partners, there is now an opening for an additional Associate to complement the well-structured team. There will be a broad range of work across high-value corporate and M&A work as well as finance and funds matters. (Whilst useful, there is no need to have experience in all of these areas). The successful applicant will be given good responsibility and excellent exposure to business development.
The firm pays a competitive City salary. We are keen to speak with lawyers of up to three years' PQE and with an excellent, stable track record in international and City firm(s). We will consider September 2024 NQs at US or top 10 firms.
