We are instructed by an established, London based law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior Associate for its Corporate team.
The successful candidate will join a team which advises private companies and HNW individuals on M&A transactions up to £60m in value. This role has come about due to growth.
We are seeking applications from Corporate lawyers who have private M&A experience and ideally should have upwards of five years' PQE gained at a similarly ranked firm.
This role will be offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
