Hybrid Working (2 days remote working)
The successful candidate will have previous Corporate Legal PA experience and ideally have experience of Marketing and BD activities within your Legal PA role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Legal PA to join a highly regarded City law firm.
Corporate Legal PA Duties:
- Support lawyers in marketing and BD activities
- Enter new contact information onto the CRM system InterAction
- Assist with BD pitches
- Assist lawyers in the billing and credit control process
- Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date
- Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / catering
- Liaise with Learning & Development Department
- Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses
Requirements as a Corporate Legal PA:
- Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience
- Ideally have some experience of BD / Marketing within a PA / Secretary role
- Fast, accurate typing skills
- Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
- Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
