This is an excellent opportunity to join an up scale boutique law firm, highly regarded across a broad range of commercial sectors.
The firm is looking to recruit a confident, driven legal PA to support a team of Corporate specialists. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-level PA support to clients and stakeholders across the firm, whilst gaining exposure to complex caseloads.
The role is varied and diverse and the expectation will be to confidently multitask and manage a busy and demanding role whilst working with global clients and colleagues within a supportive rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing essential administrative and professional support to a busy team of lawyers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Attending client events and seminars when required
- Liaising with Lawyers regularly, keeping up to date with workload and commitments
- Complex diary management
- Assisting with planning marketing events
- Travel booking for client meetings and events
- Document management
- Experience in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, case management systems
- Coordinating financial management - ensuring bills are produced promptly

- Can use initiative and make decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure
