My Client, an American Law firm, based in the heart of the City seek a Legal PA to support Partners and Fee Earners within their Corporate department. They currently have over 20 offices across the globe and includes acting for 'Fortune 100' and top 10 Global Asset Management Firms.
The purpose of this role is to support your own allocation of Partners within the Corporate department whilst supporting the Hub as and when you have capacity which in turn provides support to Associates.

- Paying up to £50,000

Duties include
- Managing Outlook calendars
- Arranging extensive travel
- Manage workflow and coordinate projects
- Managing emails and acting as a gatekeeper
- Liaising with Clients and responding to queries, if necessary
- Handle confidential information and prepare paperwork for meetings
- Creating and amending Legal documentation, including correspondence
Candidate requirements
- Previous Legal Secretarial experience, gained within a Law firm
- Previous experience of supporting Partner level
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrates initiative and strong Client focus
