SalaryCorporate Partnership Manager.
Salary: £41,433 (this includes Inner London Allowance of £3,333).
Location: London,(Remote with flexible options available).
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week.

A bit about the role
Reporting to the Partnership Management Lead, this a pivotal role for Action for Children. You will be key to driving and leading on the account management of some of our largest Corporate Partnerships which encompass significant employee and customer fundraising, substantial brand-building opportunities, and strategic projects. You will also line manage junior corporate fundraisers in the team, supporting them to deliver outstanding partnership management that maximises income across our Corporate Partnerships portfolio.
How you'll help to create brighter futures
- Overall account management responsibility for some of our largest Corporate Partnerships.
- Meet agreed partnership objectives on income, communications, and engagement.
- Develop and implement innovative stewardship plans aimed at securing long-term engagement and maximising the income potential of each corporate partner.
- Build strong networks within partner companies by successfully engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage circa 2 direct reports.
Let's talk about you
- Extensive experience of corporate fundraising in the charity sector.
- Previous people management experience.
- Extensive experience of managing high value, multi-faceted Corporate Partnerships which encompass: employee and customer fundraising, cause-related marketing, pro bono support, and supplier engagement.
- Experience of meeting and exceeding challenging income targets.
- Experience of effectively managing income and expenditure budgets.
