Corporate Solicitor

My client has been established for decades in the south providing a full service offering to clients. This has helped them gain a loyal clientele who use them for multiple areas of their practice, time and time again.

Having built a welcoming and supportive culture, many people have been at this firm since they were a paralegal or trainee and progressed their way through into partnership. With a great reputation locally, as well as throughout the south this client provides their lawyers with good, varied work, which is stimulating.

With the recent addition of a corporate partner into the firm they are looking to hire a solicitor to work directly with this well-respected individual on a range of transactions. This includes:

-Acquisitions,

-Mergers and Disposals,

-Shareholder's Agreements

-Articles of Association

-Corporate Restructures and Share Option Schemes

With lots of responsibility available, this role will give you a great opportunity to forge your own relationships with clients. The firm also, pay exceptionally well for the region, and offer work from home for two days a week, amongst other benefits. You can also expect good, direct support and development from the partner.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE and have had experience dealing with transactions.
