What you will do in the role…
- We are seeking a TT Service Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the Operational Delivery of the service
- You will be accountable for overseeing the management of resource & capacity vs demand whilst monitoring and achieving set service KPIs
- You will work with the Head of Operations in implementing services for new customers including new process’ and systems and incorporating them into core delivery of services
- You will help to shape the TT’s proposition to customers
- This role will involve working on a national basis and require flexibility in terms of travel.
- Our services deliver interventions for some of the UK’s most renowned, household names and our objective is to become the UK’s leading provider of Psychological Therapy Services

Skills and experience:
Essential:
- Proven Senior Management and Leadership experience managing mental health services
- Proven recording in working collaboratively with numerous stakeholders
- Experience of Budget Management
- Experience of managing projects and to manage competing priorities effectively
- The ability to influence others at Senior Management level to achieve goals
- Solution focussed and commercially minded with the ability to ensure qualitive objectives are also met
- Proficiency in IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office packages is required.
- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required
- Proficiency in IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office packages, databases and electronic record systems is required.
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion.
Desirable:
· Experience of managing and leading a high performing team
· Understanding of the Mental Health market & competitor propositions
· Previous experience of developing and implementing new processes to improve service
· Change management skills within a complex environment
· Experience of presenting operational plans and achievements to stakeholders
