Salary: £36,000 to £63,000 plus £4,000 car allowance.
Location:Birmingham, Nottingham, Leeds, Sheffield, Newcastle, Stockton-on-Tees, Edinburgh, or Glasgow.
Essential:
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in relevant subject.
- Prior experience in a client facing role on an infrastructure project.
- MRICS/working towards becoming Chartered.
- Circa 3 years' commercial/quantity surveying experience on large infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity around cost planning, procurement, post-contract management on Railway projects.
- Familiar with NEC 3 contracts, ideally Option C.
