Job Title:
CQC Registered Manager - South East London
Salary:
40,000 - 45,000 per annum
We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified CQC Registered Manager to join our clients dedicated small residential home in South East London. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the delivery of high-quality care services within our clients organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care facility, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and guidelines.
Provide effective leadership to the care team, promoting a culture of excellence, compassion, and person-centred care.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that reflect best practices in the field of healthcare.
Maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.
Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to optimize service delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a home management position.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
Proven track record of Good or Outstanding CQC reports.
CQC registration and a solid understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to providing person-centered care and promoting the well-being of residents.
