The Client
Our client is a UK Private Bank with International exposure in varied activities in banking, financial planning, and investment management.
The Role
The Credit Administrator will be working in an established Credit Team within a prestigious Private Bank.
The Credit Administrator will work within a team of 3, dealing with day to day tasks relating to the managing of the credit loan book, which is secured by residential property and managed portfolios.
The Credit Administrator will be responsible for running reports relating to Credit Applications - Systems/data maintenance in the system for daily limit excess management and daily Collateral monitoring and control.
The Credit Administrator will be responsible for the management of the weekly Credit Committee agenda and the Delegated Authority Approval process.
The Credit Administrator will undertake the annual and biennial review of facilities and the Instruction of property valuations.
The Credit Administrator will provide support with general credit administration.
The Candidate
+ 2 years experience working with in Credit Administration / Lending administration. UK commercial property lending within a Financial services setting – either Private Bank or Retail banking.
Working knowledge of typical UK commercial residential property lending.
Working knowledge of banking, credit and operational systems.
Demonstrated ability to apply theoretical knowledge in work context.
Organised, able to work under pressure with a positive can do attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail with excellent decision making/commercial judgement.
