Part-Time Credit Controller/Finance Administrator

Well-established office furniture supplier based near Aldgate is looking to recruit a reliable and dedicated Part-TimeCredit Controller/Finance Administratorto join their small team.
In this role you will support the Sales Administrator with general day to day administration of orders coming through as well as taking responsibility for credit control.
Duties:
Credit Control:
- Check status of outstanding invoices on Sage
- Investigate discrepancies
- Produce aged debtor report
- Chase clients for updates on outstanding invoices
General Admin/Accounts support
- Invoicing
- Processing orders and Pro-Formas
- Request and process remittances - allocate payments
- Sending account statements to customers once a month in Excel format and request updates on progress
- Checking prices on acknowledgements to ensure accuracy and highlight discrepancies
- Occasional filing
All about you:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous Sage experience
- Be dedicated to Part-Time hours, 3 days a week
- Be confident chasing clients for payment
- Self-sufficient
- Be immediately available or on short notice
