Are you who we're looking for?

• Prior experience in a credit control position 
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel to navigate and analyse financial data efficiently
• Team player mentality, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and departments
• Proactive individual, adept at working under tight deadlines and resolving challenges

What does the day-to-day look like?

• Monitoring a portfolio of overdue accounts, ensuring timely resolution
• Proactively chasing debt through various channels (telephone, letter, email) to secure prompt payments
• Handling client queries professionally, providing payment options, and negotiating repayment timescales
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of all communication and progress
• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders
