CMA Recruitment Group is working closely with a family-owned, well-established service provider, based in Portsmouth. A part-time Credit Controller is being sourced to join the onsite team on a permanent basis. Managing your own portfolio of accounts, you will be responsible for maintaining cashflow.
What will the Credit Control role involve?
- Checking customer's credit and approving limits;
- Chasing outstanding payments via telephone, email and letter;
- Starting legal proceedings if required;
- Daily import of sales ledger invoices;
- Allocation of incoming payments.
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Control vacancy:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to forge relationships, with clients and colleagues alike;
- A working knowledge of Sage packages would be an advantage;
- Previous experience in the reduction of debt.
