Credit Control Clerk

Credit Controller required for 4-6 weeks (could be longer)

Sutton Coldfield - Office Based

£13.00 per hour - Full Time

Must be available to start this week!!!

Role

As a Credit Controller your role will focus on making pro-active Credit Control calls chasing outstanding payments.

Duties

• Credit Control
• Taking Payments
• Pro-active Credit Control calls.
• Work through follow outstanding debtors
• Follow up any paperwork or queries.
• Liaise with various internal departments in order to resolve customer queries.
• Raising of credit note paperwork and obtain approval.
• Adhoc duties given by Credit Control Manager

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organisational & time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
