Job Title: Credit Control
Salary: Up to £30,000
Location: Crystal palace
Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm - FULL TIME
Contract: Permanent
Start date: ASAP

- Overall responsibility for the collection of debts- maximise cash collection
- Working alongside the finance team assisting with queries and the collection of outstanding monies owed
- Dealing with parents' queries - main point of contact for this
- Ensuring internal records are accurate and up to date
- Ensuring all outstanding accounts are chased appropriately, regularly & efficiently
- Producing and completing monthly Credit Control reports
- Identify potential problem accounts at an early stage
- Ensure monthly DDs are collected as expected/follow up and returned payments
- Discussion/meetings with parents as appropriate and formalising payment plans
- Escalating issues to line manager as appropriate
