As a Credit Control Team Leader, you will supervise Sales Ledger Assistants, tackle daily queries, and escalate challenges to the Credit Manager. You will also support Credit Controllers to proactively manage collections, ensuring everything aligns with customer payment terms, forecasts, and necessary escalations to litigation. Utilising tools like Trade Insurance and Credit Reports, you'll propose credit limits for new customers and undertake regular reviews for existing ones. Expect to manage weekly and monthly reports to maintain stringent adherence to financial reporting requirements and company policies.
Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent
Credit Control Team Leader Requirements:
- Excellent administrative and negotiation skills
- Proficient in presenting and communicating information effectively
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills, able to manage conflicting demands efficiently
- Intermediate/advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Visual 2000 accounting system is beneficial
