We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Credit Controller with a passion for the property industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all credit control activities within the Accounting & Finance department for our clients Exeter office.

Description
- Manage and oversee all credit control operations within the department.
- Regularly liaise with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client details and account records.
- Facilitate debt recovery processes where necessary.
- Produce regular reports on credit control activities.
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required within the department.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Proven experience in a Credit Controller role or similar.
- Strong knowledge of credit control processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary within the range of £20,700 - £24,000 per year.
