Credit Controller

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Credit Controller with a passion for the property industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all credit control activities within the Accounting & Finance department for our clients Exeter office.

Description

• Manage and oversee all credit control operations within the department.
• Regularly liaise with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client details and account records.
• Facilitate debt recovery processes where necessary.
• Produce regular reports on credit control activities.
• Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required within the department.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Proven experience in a Credit Controller role or similar.
• Strong knowledge of credit control processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary within the range of £20,700 - £24,000 per year.
