Duties will include…
- Managing payments over the telephone
- Chasing customers for debt amounts and escalating if payments are missed
- Liaising with customers in regards to approving credit limits and stopping accounts
Skills and Experience
- Previous credit control experince
- Good Excel and MS office knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Polite, professional personality with the ability to find solutions
Working Hours
9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Pay
£13.50 - £15 per hour
