Credit Controller

We are hiring a Credit Controller on a 6 month basis for an events business based in London. This role will primarily be REMOTE with occasional days in London. The role is available due to a change in company structure.

The main tasks will include:-

• Outbound collection chases by phone and email (at least 30 per day)
• Completing vendor setups and uploading invoices to portals
• Bank reconciliations, assigning funds and credit notes
• Responding to mailbox queries in a timely manner
• Escalating any problematic accounts to the relevant internal stakeholder for a resolution
• Collating and reviewing documentation for refunds and submitting this to the business for approval
• Systems - Salesforce, Gmail, Adyen

The succesful Credit Controller:

• Will be UK based with several years as a Credit Controller
• Good communication skills
• Available to start in the next 2-3 weeks
