Job duties:
- Maximising cash collections and maintaining sales ledger
- Invoice query resolution and raising credit notes
- Processing of weekly and monthly invoice batches
- Processing direct debt and credit card payments
- Allocating customer receipts
- Month end reporting
- Processing accounts to debt recovery/legal stage
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- IT skills, with a sound working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results
- Recent experience of working in a similar role
